As the first step, we conduct workshops with your team, analyse your materials and analyse your competition to identify:

• Report objectives: We will define what you want to achieve by publishing the report.
• Target audience needs: We will identify what is the target audience of the report and what value it can bring to them.
• Key messages to emphasize: We will define the key messages the audience should remember after reading the report.

With defined goals and audience, we will use your branding and style guides to prepare:

• Captivating story that will focus on showing your impact or achievements while providing value to the audience.
• Report structure that will strengthen  the storytelling.
• Design that will make your report visually unique.

After we agree on the design, we will implement the report in the following steps:

• CMS Setup: Thanks to Content Management System, the report will be organised. Also, after we finish the project, you will be able to edit the content without our help.
• Front-end development: We will develop the visual side of the application that will display content from the CMS.
• Deployment: Once the report is ready, we will deploy it on cloud or on your servers.
